How we research our guides, describe our experience and correct mistakes.
An independent wine publication
Vinabox is published by HONOM SASU in France and founded by Jeremy Degryse. Our Australian edition serves adult readers with practical guides to local wine styles, buying and storage. It does not sell or deliver alcohol.
Research and first-hand experience
Our guides use official regional information, public authorities and manufacturer documentation. We date factual checks and link to the relevant sources. Regional flavour descriptions are general guidance, not tasting notes for a bottle we have tried.
A tasting, winery visit or product test is described as first-hand only when Jeremy actually carried it out. His French tests do not establish Australian prices, local warranty terms or the contents of an Australian retail bundle. AI tools may assist research, translation and drafting. Their output must be checked against sources; it is not evidence of a tasting or product test.
Prices and commercial links
This edition has no affiliate links or discount codes. Links through /au/go/ redirect to the named official brand or retailer and earn Vinabox no commission. A quoted price identifies the currency, seller and check date. Stock, delivery charges and prices can change.
If a commercial relationship is introduced, the affected page will disclose it. A free sample, paid placement or commercial agreement must not be presented as an independent purchase.
Photographs
We use real photographs with credits. Creative Commons images retain their original licence. Official product photographs remain the property of the credited brand; they do not imply an endorsement of Vinabox. We do not generate bottle labels, product photographs or logos.
Adult readership
This edition is for readers aged 18 and over. We do not encourage excessive drinking, target children or make health benefit claims for alcohol. Choosing not to drink is always appropriate.
